Our Story
Born from Witnessing Unnecessary Struggle

After more than 14 years as an accountant, Boniface Asua saw too many construction companies struggle with financial challenges that were entirely preventable. That insight led to the creation of Basua Savvy Consulting, a firm built specifically to support construction businesses.
Boniface is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with extensive project accounting experience, including Controller-level roles in both small construction companies and large real estate developers. Through these roles, he gained a deep understanding of the financial realities contractors face every day.
Construction businesses need far more than a basic Profit & Loss statement at the end of the month. They need accurate WIP reporting, job cost tracking, variance analysis, closely monitored cash flow, and reliable financial systems that give owners a clear picture of how their business is performing.
